Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are more than 90% efficacious, however real-world data shows immunity is declining.
The companies are hoping on selling booster shots to keep immunity strong and announced earlier that they’d launched clinical trials.
However, the CDC and the FDA said there is no need for a booster shot after 6 months.
Will these disagreements continue into the winter months when we will definitely know for sure whether another shot needs to be administered to the public?
