The commodity is sensitive to any supply concerns, with a coal price rally being partly to blame.
Europe is determined to move away from Russian gas following the invasion of Ukraine.
Whereas Joe Biden has already committed to sending an additional 15 billion cubic meters of natural gas exports to the EU this year.
