Business Development Department

Country Manager / Business Developer from South East Asia
Limassol, Cyprus

We are now looking to hire a Country Manager / Business Developer from South East Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines etc.) to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Expanding into new Asian markets, recruiting introducers and affiliates to strengthen the company’s local presence.
  • Developing new business relationships for the company, with agreed upon monthly and annual target, increasing year on year.
  • Organizing and/or attending business development meetings with clients and prospects, through direct communication in face-to-face meetings and telephone calls, and through online channels, including webinars, seminars, or expos.
  • Making suggestions to improve the company’s service including new tools, promotions, payment solutions etc.
  • Actively and successfully managing the sales cycle process from lead generation to deal closing and handing over to the account management team.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Possessing drive, motivation, and attention to detail to ensure that all sales opportunities are seized and explored.
  • Conducting market research to identify new industry trends.
  • Supervising the opening of local representative offices in targeted areas.
  • Coordinating from inception to full completion all activities related to new representative offices, including but not limited to negotiation of contracts, hiring & training personnel, and sales performance monitoring in said representative office.
  • Liaising with compliance, back office, or other teams, as necessary.
  • Evaluating and testing new products before and after launch and following up with development team to ensure that development is in line with requirements.
  • Contributing to the development of the company’s image with marketing literature/writing content.
  • Coordinating with marketing team on promoting new products to the target audience.
  • Understanding and adhering to the company’s compliance guidelines.
  • Preparing relevant reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Reporting to the Head of Global Business Development.

 

Skills Required

  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask.

Work Experience/Knowledge

  • Native Southeast Asia language speaker.
  • Previous Forex experience is mandatory.

Sales Account Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new account sales by promoting the company’s products and services
  • Develop strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Maintain and nurture long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Ensure a consistent and professional line of communication that prioritizes the needs and interests of the client
  • Identify wider business opportunities and potential VIP customers and negotiate deals accordingly to bring profitable new business
  • Conduct client-related onboarding, admin, and first-line support, including guidance on account opening and instructions on how to use the trading platform
  • Assist Compliance with the KYC documentation process
  • Stay up to date with compliance regulations and ensure all communication is conducted accordingly
  • Ensure the success of the marketing strategy objectives and goals
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Head of Sales
  • Stay up to date with market news and trends on a daily basis
  • Prioritize a consistently professional and attentive approach to customer service, to ensure overall client satisfaction and retention

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Previous FX experience is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results-driven, independent and motivated
  • Fluency in English and any of the following languages; Farsi, Polish, Arabic, Italian or French
  • Proficiency in MT4 and Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
  • Previous experience with a CRM would be advantageous

Polish Sales Account Manager

We are now looking to hire a Polish Sales Account Manager to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Number, value and income target achievement of Sales Team.
  • In charge of the relationship management and increasing penetration in existing corporates.
  • Be the “Expert” point of contact for customers interested in FOREX markets and trading.
  • Active sales of our FOREX products/instruments to local retail investors and traders.
  • Coordination of customer trainings and seminars related to FOREX instruments and trading strategies.
  • Follow up of world markets, market events, developments in capital markets and a good understanding of market trends.
  • Entertains clients and IB’s in a professional manner.
  • Manage Sales Operations.
  • Ensure that goals are set and exceeded in all levels.
  • Perfect sales process to achieve superior lead to account conversation ratios.
  • Manage sales lead distribution.
  • Develop sales tactics to sell to different client group.
  • Assist in the implementation and setup of a CRM system to facilitate the sales process
  • Work with the Marketing Department on sales promotions and lead acquisition.
  • Maintain and develop existing customers through high level of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship.
  • Identify and develop new sales enquires and convert into profitable new business, and assist with other sales and marketing activity such as trade shows and conferences.
  • Create sales and progress reports for senior executives.
  • In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department and the Company as well as maintaining constructive relationships.
  • Take all responsible steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.
  • Undertake other such duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonable required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
