The Dow hit a low of 37827 yesterday which was around 300 pips from the target.
As we see over the chart, the Dow could have a chance for a rebound correction with resistances at 38800-900 and 39200-300 which could keep the drop pressure for another drop swing.
Above 39450 more advance toward 40100 will be expected
