Some CEOs of Wall Street’s top investment banks are expecting all employees to be back at the office by the end of the year.
Top chiefs have stated ‘if you can go to a restaurant in New York City, you can come into the office’.
However, this is a contrast to the UK government’s take. Indeed, they recently said that they would be open to working from home to become the norm.
Will this lead to friction between rival banks as we go post-pandemic?
