Johnson & Johnson has agreed to a $230 million settlement with the state of New York, over the company’s role in the opioid epidemic.
A New York lawsuit against the makers and distributors of opioids is going to trial next week. Johnson & Johnson was set to be a defendant, but will no longer be a part of the trial due to the settlement agreement.
The US FDA added a warning to patient and provider fact sheets for the Pfizer and Moderna Covid19 vaccines, to indicate a rare risk of heart inflammation.
Nonetheless, health officials said the benefits of receiving the vaccine still outweigh any risk.
So will governments ever stop vaccines completely?
