StockWatch: Employee Burnout at Goldman Sachs

0 526

First-year bankers at investment bank Goldman Sachs have warned that they might quit unless their grueling working conditions improve.

A request for an 80-hour weekly cap is to be enforced after some employees are supposedly working almost 100 hours.

JPMorgan Chase is currently planning for summer interns in NewYork and London to come to the office this year.

The plan to bring back staff is another sign that corporate giants believe a version of pre-pandemic working life is near.
