The BoE raised UK interest rates to their highest level for 14 years as it battles to stem soaring prices.
An increase to 3.5% marked the ninth time it has hiked interest rates in a row.
At 10.7%, the inflation rate remains more than five times higher than the Bank’s 2% target, but it eased slightly in November.
