StockWatch: Ford Announces $11bn Electric Investment!

Ford has announced a major investment in electric vehicle production in the US.

Under the $11.4bn plan, the carmaker said it will build zero-emission cars and pickups at scale, creating 11,000 jobs.

Tesla stock jumped 2.5% as they announced that it has activated the “request” button on its cars.

By clicking on the said button, a Tesla owner can apply to join the beta test of the company’s Full Self-Driving software program.
