Microsoft shares edged higher after the software and hardware maker reported quarterly earnings that exceeded analysts’ estimates.
Total company revenue climbed almost 22% year over year, which is the fastest growth since 2018.
Visa also topped earnings expectations for its latest quarter.
The CEO stated that the faster than anticipated recovery in travel has helped spearhead the positive move.
