Full-stack PHP Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-stack PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our technology department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications. If you have a strong foundation in PHP, object-oriented programming, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  1. PHP Development: Leverage your strong coding skills in PHP, with a focus on Object Oriented Programming (OOP), to develop robust and scalable web applications.
  2. Framework Proficiency: Demonstrate practical experience with at least one MVC framework, such as Laravel or Yii2, to streamline development processes and enhance code maintainability.
  3. Database Expertise: Utilize your expertise in relational databases, specifically MySQL, to design efficient database structures and optimize query performance.
  4. API Development: Apply your knowledge of webservice API development to create seamless integrations and enhance the functionality of our applications.
  5. Version Control: Utilize version control systems, particularly Git, to manage code repositories effectively and collaborate with team members.
  6. Frontend Skills (Bonus): If you possess frontend development skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the overall user interface and user experience of our applications.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or Web Development.
  • Proven expertise in PHP coding with a strong emphasis on OOP.
  • Practical experience with at least one MVC framework (Laravel, Yii2, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, preferably MySQL.
  • Knowledge of webservice API development.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new account sales by promoting the company’s products and services
  • Develop strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Maintain and nurture long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Ensure a consistent and professional line of communication that prioritizes the needs and interests of the client
  • Identify wider business opportunities and potential VIP customers and negotiate deals accordingly to bring profitable new business

We are now looking to hire a Country Manager / Business Developer from South East Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines etc.) to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Expanding into new Asian markets, recruiting introducers and affiliates to strengthen the company’s local presence.
  • Developing new business relationships for the company, with agreed upon monthly and annual target, increasing year on year.
  • Organizing and/or attending business development meetings with clients and prospects, through direct communication in face-to-face meetings and telephone calls, and through online channels, including webinars, seminars, or expos.
  • Making suggestions to improve the company’s service including new tools, promotions, payment solutions etc.
  • Actively and successfully managing the sales cycle process from lead generation to deal closing and handing over to the account management team.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Possessing drive, motivation, and attention to detail to ensure that all sales opportunities are seized and explored.
  • Conducting market research to identify new industry trends.
  • Supervising the opening of local representative offices in targeted areas.
  • Coordinating from inception to full completion all activities related to new representative offices, including but not limited to negotiation of contracts, hiring & training personnel, and sales performance monitoring in said representative office.
  • Liaising with compliance, back office, or other teams, as necessary.
  • Evaluating and testing new products before and after launch and following up with development team to ensure that development is in line with requirements.
  • Contributing to the development of the company’s image with marketing literature/writing content.
  • Coordinating with marketing team on promoting new products to the target audience.

  • Preparing relevant reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
