I hereby confirm that I am an account holder with the company Orbex Limited Saint Vincent.

I further confirm, that I, in my own exclusive initiative have requested to open an account with Orbex Global Limited regulated by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius.

Thus, I authorise Orbex Limited and Orbex Global Limited to share my account details, ID documents and all other relevant documents in order to complete the required verification procedures.

Finally, I consent that I will be contacted directly by Orbex Global Limited regulated by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius with the establishment of my new account.

By submitting this form, I confirm that:

I have read, understood and accept in full the Client Agreement (comprising the Retail Client Agreement, and Risk Disclosure). I acknowledge that I am electronically signing these documents, and this is a legally binding agreement;

I would like the positions on my account to be transferred to my new account. I understand that all positions on my account as at 23:00 (UTC/GMT +3 hours) on the first coming weekend will be closed at the open price and, where applicable, swaps charges will be realised. I understand that the positions will be reopened on my new account and both balances adjusted.

I fully understand that any type of delays may occur when opening the new account and/or transferring the existing positions to the new account with Orbex Global Limited ; and I therefore agree that in any such case none of the Companies will bear any responsibility whatsoever, that I will not hold them liable and/or proceed legally against them and/or claim damages for any losses and/or negative consequences that may result from such delays and that I take all responsibility by submitting this form
