I hereby confirm that I am an account holder with Orbex Limited - Cyprus and would like an account with Orbex Limited in Saint Vincent and Grenadines

I give the two companies full permission to share my account details and ID documents in order to complete the required verification procedures but understand that I might be required to provide additional documents upon request.

Finally, I understand that Orbex Limited - Saint Vincent and Grenadines will contact me directly to confirm my new account details when it has been set up.

By submitting this form I confirm that:

I have read, understood and accept in full the Client Agreement (comprising the Retail Client Agreement, and Risk Disclosure). I acknowledge that I am electronically signing these documents and this is a legally binding agreement;

I understand and accept that as a client of Orbex Limited - Cyprus I will lose access to the Investment Compensation Fund and Cyprus Financial Ombudsman Service as well as other protections afforded to me when dealing with an CySEC regulated company.

I would like the positions on my account to be transferred to my new account. I understand that all positions on my account as at 23:00 (Cyprus time) on Friday 28th July will be closed at the open price and, where applicable, swaps charges will be realised. I understand that the positions will be reopened on my new account and both balances adjusted.

I fully understand that any type of delays may occur when opening the new account and/or transferring the existing positions to the new account with Orbex Limited – Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; and I therefore agree that in any such case none of the Companies will bear any responsibility whatsoever, that I will not hold them liable and/or proceed legally against them and/or claim damages for any losses and/or negative consequences that may result from such delays and that I take all responsibility by submitting this form
