We have created for you a guide on how to register your account in just 5 simple steps. Let’s get started:

Submit the Instant Registration form and click on Continue.

2. An automated email will be sent to verify your email address, please click on it and further proceed on activating your MyOrbex (client area) access.
3. Set your MyOrbex area password and access it to complete your registration form (KYC) and upload the required documents.
4. Deposit Funds into your Orbex Wallet.
5. Receive your Trading Account login Details and start trading!
A joint account is a brokerage account shared between two or more individuals. Joint accounts are most likely to be used by relatives, couples, or business partners who have a level of familiarity and trust with each other. It typically allows anyone named on the account to access funds and trading within it.

A Corporate trading account is a dedicated account type belonging to a legal entity such as a corporation or limited partnership and has one or more people authorized to trade on the entity’s behalf.
1. Please download and fill the Corporate Agreement here.
2. Gather the following documents, required for registering a Corporate account:
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum & Articles of Association
• Shareholders certificate
• Directors Certificate (EU Countries or when applicable)
• Good standing Confirmation or recent annual tax return or recent annual financial statement
• Passport copies of any individual that owns more than 25%, if any shareholder is a legal person
• Proof of address for major shareholders, and authorized signatories
• Board Resolution to establish the business with ORBEX and nominate the contact/in-charge person
• Passport copies for the authorized signatures
• Authorized Director/Manager Proof of Address
• Proof of Address for the company
• Legal Entity Identifier (LEI)
3. Send all the above, along with the Corporate Agreement to backoffice@orbex.com for a review.
Before submitting your Proof of Identification and Residential Proof documents, please make sure that they comply with the following requirements:
Proof of Identification:
It can be either your official ID or Passport
• It is clear and readable • All four ends are visible • It is not expired • It is in color • Copies from both sides of the document are required
Proof of Residence:
It can be a utility bill or a bank statement
• It is clear and readable • All four ends are visible • It is recently issued (produced within the last 3 months) • Your full name and residential address are shown • It is in color
Technical Requirements
Your documentation must be submitted in one of the following formats:
• JPG • PNG • DOC • DOCx • PDF • JPEG
The size of each document should not exceed 8 MBs.
When logged inside your MyOrbex area, you can see the current account status located at the top of the page, in the center of your client area.
You need to verify your trading account in case you want to start trading with Orbex, as even basic functions are unavailable to unverified accounts, therefore please make sure you upload your documents the earliest possible.
You don’t have to submit your documentation again. In case you have already passed the verification process, and you need a second trading account you just need to submit for a new sub-account via the left sidebar menu, found inside your MyOrbex area.

Therefore, what do you need to keep in mind when making your first deposit?
• Your Wallet Account currency VS your Trading Account currency
• The amount deposited
Note: Orbex only accepts payments from accounts in the client’s name. Any payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be refunded.
Wallet Account Currency VS Trading Account Currency
When making your first deposit, please make sure that your Wallet Account is of the same currency as your Trading Account, since if otherwise, the funds deposited in your wallet account will be converted into your trading account currency, at the prevailing foreign exchange rate, before being added into your trading account.
Tip: You can have Wallets in all depositing currencies available.
The Amount Deposited
When it comes to the amount of money you should deposit, here are a few things to consider before so:
• Minimum deposit requirements based on account type:

• Leverage and Margin:
Since the margin needed for the trades you open will be held based on your trading account’s leverage, it is a good idea to check if the amount deposited is sufficient to open trades based on your current leverage setting.
The Orbex Wallet is simply an account that can be used to store funds, make deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers to and from your trading accounts.
Storing your funds inside your Wallet account also prevents the risk of losing all of your investment, since your funds remain safe inside, away from any Market risks.
Your wallet can be accessed via your MyOrbex area once your KYC is fully completed. Once logged inside, you can see it appearing on the right side of your client area.
You can also access your Wallet from the left sidebar menu. Inside, you can see all of your wallet accounts, and their current balances.
Deposit, Withdraw, and Transfer options are also available within the Wallet Dashboard.
You can see the history through the History option, found on the right side of your Wallet Dashboard.
Yes, you can have up to 4 different wallet accounts, one for each of our available depositing currencies that are:
• USD • EUR • GBP • PLN
No, the Wallet accounts can only be used for storing funds, make deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers to and from your trading accounts.
You may directly deposit into your trading account but when withdrawing funds, the withdrawal can only be made from your Wallet account.
You can still transfer funds from your Wallet account to your Trading Account, even if they are under different currencies, although is suggested that your Wallet Account is of the same currency as your Trading Account, since if otherwise, the funds deposited in your wallet account will be converted into your trading account currency, at the prevailing foreign exchange rate, before being added into your trading account.

The MetaTrader 4 Desktop terminal can be downloaded on your PC or Laptop. The major difference between the desktop and mobile versions is that with the desktop version you can use a lot more trading tools, as well as Expert Advisors, Signals, and Indicators.

MyOrbex is our secure client login area.
With it, you can deposit and withdraw funds, transfer money between your accounts and apply for additional accounts among other services.
You can access it here and log in using your registered email address and password.
You can get access to MyOrbex either if you have signed up for a live or demo account, you’ll automatically get access details sent to your email of registration.
At the login page click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ option and enter your registered email address. You’ll then be sent instructions on how to reset your password.
MyOrbex has several features that may not apply to your account type. For example, if you only have a demo account you’ll not see information on depositing funds. You’ll always see the features applicable to you. As your account type and status change, your portal access will also evolve.
The Edit Profile tab is the area of the site that allows you to change your Client Area password as well as your Real Trading Account password if any. The only thing you need to do is to enter your old password in the Old Password field, and then enter a new one right below in the New Password field and repeat it in the field next to it.
You can only change the password of your Real Trading account. To do so, please click on the Edit Profile tab and enter your old password in the Old Password field, and then enter a new one right below in the New Password field and repeat it in the field next to it.
You cannot change the currency of your trading account through the portal. This is because you may have an existing trading history that would become inaccurate after making such a change. You can easily apply for a new account and select your desired currency if you already have an existing trading history to this account. In case you don’t have a trading history in your account, you can email us at backoffice@orbex.com to change the account currency.
To add funds to your account, click on the Funds section located in the sidebar menu, select the Deposit option, choose your desired depositing method and simply follow the prompts to fund your trading account.
Yes, you can transfer any free margin between your trading accounts. From within the Funds menu, simply select the Transfer Funds option and choose the sending, recipient accounts, the amount needed, and then submit your request.
You have two options for withdrawing funds from your trading account – go to ‘Withdrawal’ found within the Funds menu and either select ‘Bank Wire Transfer’ or ‘Online Payment Gateway’. Please be aware that withdrawal via Bank Wire Transfer will require adding your bank information via the ‘My Banks’ option before initiating a withdrawal request.
Note: All deposited amounts should be requested to be returned to you via the same method used. In the case of excess profits, you can request a Bank Wire transfer.
If you want to request an additional live account, simply select ‘New Sub Account’. You’ll then be able to choose between the account types and base currencies available.
If you want to request an additional demo account, simply select ‘New Demo Account’. You’ll then be able to choose between the account types and base currencies available.
To find and download our platforms available, simply select the ‘Download’ option within the sidebar menu and click on the files available to begin downloading it.

With it, you can withdraw funds, find your unique affiliate link, and select a variety of promotional materials that can be used to attract clients.

Orbex offers a variety of promotional items that can be used, either within your website or within your social accounts. You can access the material offered within your partners’ area. Although you can transfer funds from your partner account to your trading account, a transfer request between partner accounts is not permitted.
For such requests please send an email to backoffice@orbex.com since to do so, additional documentation is required.
You can see two kinds of reports:
1. The Commission’s report:
Accessed from the left sidebar, it allows you to the commissions earned history, and can be sorted via Ticket, Login, or Symbol.
2. The Accounts report:
Accessed from the left sidebar, it enables you to see a detailed view of the client accounts registered under you. You can select to see all of the accounts registered, funded, non-funded, inactive accounts, or sort them by country. You may also set a specific period of time so you can view and compare it with past promotional campaigns.
You can change your email address by simply sending an email to backoffice@orbex.coom from your account’s registered email address.
In case you lost access to your registered email account, please send an email to our Backoffice Department from your new email address with your identification document (ID or Passport) attached so they can verify ownership.
Your unique affiliation link can be found within the left sidebar menu, right below your account balances section.

To be noted:

Skrill (formerly Moneybookers) allows Orbex clients to easily fund their trading account using a debit/credit card or a direct Skrill e-Wallet transaction.
To fund your account, log in to MyOrbex and go to the Deposit Funds option. From the list of the deposit options available please select Skrill and follow the prompts.

Fasapay is an Indonesian-based online payment system that allows you to quickly and easily fund your Orbex account. Payments are automatic, fast, and secure, eliminating the need for manual processing.
You can deposit funds via a bank wire transfer in several different currencies. Bank wire transfers are initiated by your bank and received by our client segregated accounts and conversion of the amount, if necessary, will be according to your account base currency.

Orbex will pay all the electronic payment charges. However, please note that upon Bank Wire transfers you will be liable for any fees charged by the banks involved in the transaction, including intermediaries.
If you are about to initiate your first deposit with Orbex, then the minimum deposit requirement is subjected to the account type you selected and is as follows:
– Starter Account type: 200 of the account’s chosen base currency.
– Premium Account type: 5000 of the account’s chosen base currency.
– Ultimate Account type: 25000 of the account’s chosen base currency.
For any deposits after that, the minimum deposit requirements are as follows:
– Any electronic payment methods: 50 of the account’s base currency.
– Bank Wires: 200 of the account’s base currency.
Note: For PLN accounts the minimum required amount is four times greater than the above-mentioned amounts due to the low value of the selected base currency.
In case you do not see a payment method available within your My Orbex area, it means that due to your country’s regulations and restrictions, the method is not allowed to be used.

To add your Banking Information please expand the Funds menu, found inside the side-menu, within your MyOrbex area, and select the My Banks option.
Once inside, please select the Create Bank option and fill in your banking information as follows:
– Bank Name: Your banking institution name.
– Account Number: Your Bank Account number.
– Country: The country your Bank is located in.
– Branch Name: Your bank’s branch unique ID
– Swift Code: Your bank’s swift code.
– IBAN: Your IBAN number.
All electronic transactions take up to 15 minutes to appear within your wallet or trading account.
Bank Wire transfers take any time between 2 to 5 working days, weekends excluded.
You can still deposit within weekends and public holidays. The only difference is that you will see the deposit appearing a few hours before the beginning of the trading session.
You may deposit in any currency your electronic account or bank account is but is suggested you use the same currency as your trading account currency since otherwise any funds deposited will be converted to the base currency of your account, at the prevailing foreign exchange rate, before being added to your trading account.
You still can deposit, yes. Upon the case where your trading account’s balance is negative and you are not in trading, we will zero it before adding the deposited fund inside.
Yes, you may fund your account from any bank account that belongs to you and is under your name.
To top up your demo trading account please send an email at backoffice@orbex.com and we will top it up for you.
Note: Demo accounts expire thirty days after their creation date.
Withdrawing funds from your Orbex account is simple and quick. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes by deducting the amount from your account.
Withdrawal amounts should be transferred back to the same sources of deposit until the original amounts have been covered. Direct Debit/Credit Card, has higher priority over other deposit methods to withdraw through and cover the deposited amounts by which.
Profit withdrawals or any amount over the initial deposits can only be sent by bank transfer or exceptionally via Skrill depending on the amount and upon finance department approval.
The minimum amount to withdraw via Bank Wire Transfer is 200 while it’s 50 via Electronic Methods (which also includes credit card payments).
To withdraw your funds you must first transfer the withdrawing amount from your trading account to your wallet account. To do so, simply select the Transfer Funds option within your MyOrbex area and follow the prompts.
Then, select the Withdraw Funds option and choose the Wallet account you have transferred the funds to. You will then select the withdrawing method you wish to have your funds withdrawn to:
– Online Payment Gateway stands for any electronic method available, including card withdrawals.
– Bank Wire Withdrawal option allows you to wire funds back to the bank accounts you have previously added via the My Banks section.
Important Note:
Withdrawing amounts must be transferred back to the same sources of deposit until the original amounts have been covered. Direct Debit/Credit Card, has higher priority over other deposit methods to withdraw through and cover the deposited amounts by which.
Orbex will pay all the electronic payment charges unless insufficient trading is found. As for Bank Wire Transfer, please note that you will be liable for intermediary bank fees.
In case you wish to cancel a withdrawal, it is possible, as long as the payment has not been processed. You need to email us at backoffice@orbex.com and if the amount is not yet paid, we will cancel the withdrawal and add the amount back into your trading account.
You are allowed to withdraw funds up to the deposited amount via the same method as the deposited amount. However, any profit after covering the deposited amount(via the source of deposit) have to be sent via bank wire transfer or exceptionally via Skrill.
