Lufthansa has seen demand for tickets in and around the Easter weekend increase. The German airline has almost doubled the number of scheduled flights during that period in the process.
AirFrance is also expecting a rise, although it has been reported that many domestic flights will be replaced by trains.
In addition, the company is looking at a safe and swift way for passengers to produce their travel information, which will aim to speed up boarding times.
